Going well beyond an update, Scotty completely re-designed the Phantom X 5 from specifications to setup. With a solid precision milled 303 stainless steel face carried through to the body and wings, integrated with an aluminum sole plate and stainless steel sole weights, this new mid-mallet is reminiscent of past Futura modelswith its slightly more compact profile and wingback shape.
Configured to be nearly face balanced for stability through the stroke, thisTour-proven model with its single bend shaft and sight line on the topline has also been crafted with darker alignment features in the flange to simplify setup and increase confidence.
TOTAL ALIGNMENT A single milled sight line on the topline is the perfect focal cue, as this perpendicular line paired with the curved back wings and the dark sole plate’s flange milling provide confident alignment.
