Each Golfer has unique swing characteristics which dictate what type of equipment will deliver the maximum potential for distance and accuracy. NYGC Custom fittings will identify which equipment will allow a player achieve their best.
NYGCCS uses the latest diagnostic equipment and advanced FlightScope Launch Monitor Analysis to measure a player's current equipment and identify their individual launch conditions. An extensive player interview is conducted to determine a player's goals, preferences tendencies and expectations.
During the fitting, a player's swing speed, ball speed, launch angle, trajectory, ball flight, spin rate, length of carry, angle of descent and overall distance will be measured and analyzed. Our expert fitters will determine what club Length, club weight, Swingweight, Head Design, Loft, Face angle, shaft Flex and Shaft profile perform best for each individual golfer.
Players will audition a recommended series of head/shaft combinations using our proprietary NYGC Fitting carts. The collected Launch monitor data will clearly demonstrate the effects each change has on launch conditions and will accurately determine what benefits will be achieved.
